NTS TSP — Non-Temporary Storage Transportation Service Provider
RLD is one of only 10 Non-Temporary Storage (NTS) Transportation Service Providers in Northeast Ohio. NTS approval means our facility has been inspected and certified to store military household goods for extended periods — often when service members are deployed, stationed overseas, or between assignments. This is a rigorous certification that requires meeting strict standards for facility security, climate control, inventory management, and professional practices.

DP3 Participant — Defense Personal Property Program
As a DP3 (Defense Personal Property Program) participant, RLD is authorized to handle Permanent Change of Station (PCS) moves for U.S. military personnel. The DP3 program is the Department of War's ystem for managing the movement of military household goods, and participation requires meeting strict quality and performance standards.
Military personnel have two options for their PCS move: they can allow the military to assign a mover through the DP3 system, or they can take a lump sum allowance and hire their own mover. Many service members are choosing the lump sum option, allowing them to select a mover they have researched and trust.
