We recently managed a complete hotel floor renovation for a major Sagamore Hills property, removing all furniture to 40-foot containers in the parking lot during renovation and returning it — or replacing it with new furniture — upon completion.
We provide containerized storage on-site during renovations, manage furniture liquidation and recycling when old inventory is replaced, and coordinate the installation of new FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) for your refreshed space. We use Masonite and Pollenite floor protection throughout your facility to ensure polished floors and carpets are not damaged during the process.

We recently managed the relocation of medical equipment for General Hospital when it was acquired by the Cleveland Clinic, transporting approximately 20 pieces of sensitive medical equipment through the facility, uncrating them, and positioning them for the IT team to complete setup.

We managed the decommissioning of First Merit Bank in downtown Akron, removing all metal filing cabinets and delivering them to the scrap yard. We did the same for Windstream in Hudson, and for numerous school districts including North Canton, where we removed old furniture and replaced it with new installations. Our recycling revenue-sharing program means your decommissioning project can actually generate a return.
